What it is

A control plane, not another chatbot.

Self-host first. Bring your own model keys. Personas act like staff: they have a role, a voice, tools you assigned, and a gate for anything destructive.

Personas with a charter

Name, role, voice, boundaries, and a place in the org chart. Managers fold a report's work into their own, instead of relaying it verbatim.

You approve the sharp edges

Allow, Ask, or Block — per persona, per tool. Destructive work waits. The audit trail keeps the receipt on every call.

Connect what they need

Point at a remote MCP server — Gmail, Calendar, or anything else that speaks MCP. Same approval gate, same audit log.

Routines that keep going

Named jobs on a schedule: a morning digest, an inbox sweep, the weekly review. Memory stays on your instance.

Your hardware, your keys

Docker Compose, your Postgres, your Anthropic or OpenAI keys. RetinueOS does not host the models and does not keep a copy of the work.

On your phone, as a PWA

Install it. Enroll a device. Push arrives when a job finishes or something needs approval — including on iPhone, once it's on the Home Screen.

Where it's going

Self-host now. Open source and hosted next.

The engine is real. The public story is still being finished: a GitHub launch, docs a stranger can follow, and a hosted path for people who do not want to run Docker.
